Kaplan is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support its international digital marketing operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to learn about paid media and campaign optimization across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting, and other platforms.
• Maintain ad account health, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bid adjustments, targeting, and landing page reviews.
• Manage daily budgets and ensure monthly spend targets are met.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends.
• Work with Content and Design teams to develop creative assets such as banners, videos, and landing pages.
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
Skills and Qualities:
• Passion for digital marketing and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, speak, and listen effectively.
