Job Description Summary The Finance IT Analyst serves as a liaison between Finance and Digital Transformation ensuring financial systems support business objectives, accounting compliance and operational efficiency. This role partners with Finance, DT and stakeholders to implement maintain and enhance ERP systems and reporting applications while driving process improvements and transformation initiatives.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify business requirements and deliver technology solutions. • Lead finance-related ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements. • Analyze financial processes and recommend automation and process improvements. • Coordinate finance integration activities, including planning, stakeholder alignment, resource management, and issue resolution. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close by ensuring system accuracy and availability. • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements. • Manage data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities. • Troubleshoot finance system issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement timely solutions. • Provide project updates, communicate risks, and engage key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting, operational efficiency, and user experience. Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems • ERP/Systems Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-level financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms) with a focus on implementation, integration, or process enhancement. • Financial Operations: Demonstrated experience supporting month-end/quarter-end close processes, financial reporting, or internal controls (SOX/Audit compliance).

Desired Characteristics

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment, serving as a primary point of contact between Finance teams and Digital Technology (DT) departments. • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data modeling, reconciliation, and the use of reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, PowerBI, or SQL). • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,300.00 and $158,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
