We are looking for a Figma Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing) to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can design marketing materials using Figma, assist with administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Design & Marketing Support: Create and edit designs using Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations. Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content. Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content. Personal Assistant Duties: Manage schedules, meetings, and communications. Organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Requirements
Requirements: Proficiency in Figma for design work. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
