📝 Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our department heads in the real estate division. This role requires someone with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating spreadsheets and charts, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of executive-level activities.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the department headCreate and maintain basic spreadsheets and charts for reporting and tracking purposesSchedule meetings, appointments, and events; send out calendar invites and remindersOrganize and maintain digital files and documentationAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communicationsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as neededMonitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion📌 QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFamiliarity with real estate operations or property management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
