About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for private equity fund administration services, spanning fund accounting, investor servicing, reporting and data solutions.
• Act as the primary product partner for private equity clients – understanding their operating models, identifying pain points, and translating needs into product and technology solutions.
• Work with existing clients to design, build and implement tailored solutions, and support them in scaling their operations on our platforms.
• Drive product development end-to-end: define requirements, prioritise the backlog, and work closely with technology, operations and client service teams through delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate technology capabilities (platforms, data, automation, APIs, AI/analytics tooling) to enhance the private equity product offering.
• Support new business efforts, including participating in prospect discussions, solution design, demos and RFP responses for private equity mandates.
• Monitor market, regulatory and technology trends in private markets and incorporate them into the product agenda.
• Collaborate with global product, technology and operations stakeholders to ensure regional needs are reflected in the group-wide roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in fund administration, fintech, asset servicing or private markets, with strong exposure to private equity fund structures and operations.
• Proven product management or product ownership experience, ideally delivering technology-enabled solutions for institutional clients.
• Strong technical orientation – comfortable working with engineering teams, data models, integrations and modern platform architectures.
• Solid understanding of private equity fund accounting, investor reporting, capital calls/distributions and fund lifecycle events.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior client contacts and internal leadership.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; product management or technology certifications are a plus.
