Job Summary Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes. Advises on HR policies and practices for effective people management.

Key Areas of Responsibility • Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes and assists them with HR policies and practices. • Advises line managers on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries. • Supports managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions. • Manages complex cases regarding employee contracting, compliance and ethics. • Applies reward policies, payroll, and benefit management. • Supports HRBP's with application of HR interventions. • Advises line managers in collecting information, processing data, or handling paperwork for complex transactional activities or system support, while straightforward cases go through the contact center. • Drives continuous standardization and improvements in working methods, including addressing communication and portal content for further standardization. • Suggests policy improvements to the local Center of Excellence based on day-to-day experience and supports translating policy and legal design into processes deliverable by HR Services. • Act as escalation point to coordinate resolution of complex individual employee matters.

Critical Experiences • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory roles, with a focus on employee relations, HR policies, and legal compliance. • Certification in Human Resources is highly recommended to ensure understanding of HR practices and legal requirements.
