Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position ofPlanning and Steering Analystto work with our International Partners.
You will be responsible for short-term scheduling and administrative tasks, ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time to guarantee efficient and effective daily operations, and work closely with various departments to address immediate staffing needs. what you will be doing:
• Develop and manage short-term staffing schedules
• Monitor daily operational performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Coordinate and communicate with team leaders and managers to ensure optimal staffing on a daily basis
• Perform administrative tasks related to workforce management, such as updating employee schedules and maintaining records
• Support the recruitment process by identifying immediate staffing needs
• Assist in implementing improvements in scheduling processes and systems
• Prepare and distribute daily reports on staffing and performance metrics
what we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, HRM) or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WFM software is beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Be ready and flexible to work in various shifts during the day / week (no night shifts)
• Fluent in English
