About this role
We are looking to recruit a Lunchtime Organiser to join our School. This post will play a key role in supporting children during the lunchtime period. You will work under the direction of the Senior Lunchtime Organiser and the Operations Manager.
We require a resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our team. The candidate should have experience of working in a school environment or with young people.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching, and senior staff to implement and enhance the high quality provision.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising students in dining halls, playgrounds, and designated areasEncouraging positive behaviour in line with the school s behaviour policySupporting students with queries or minor issuesPromoting a safe and inclusive environmentReporting incidents or concerns to senior staffAssisting with the organisation of queues and movement around the siteThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Be calm, patient, and approachableHave good communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to manage groups of young people confidentlyWork effectively as part of a teamDemonstrate reliability and punctualityHave a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfarePrevious experience working with children or young people is desirable. Safeguarding training will be provided.
Important Information Must be willing to attend a 2 day Paediatric Course either prior to or on commencing employment
