About this role
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Relevant LSA qualifications and/or experience working within primary school classrooms
• Experience of supporting children with additional needs, including SEND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A nurturing, patient and positive approach to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Initiative, flexibility and the ability to adapt within a busy classroom environment
• A clear understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting the welfare of all children
• A commitment to upholding and promoting the values and ethos of the school & Trust
