Marden Vale CE Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and skilled SENDCo to lead and develop our inclusive provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. As part of the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust (DSAT), we are committed to ensuring that every child is valued, supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. We are looking for an individual who shares our ambition for inclusion and can work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to secure the best possible outcomes for our children. The SENDCo will provide strategic leadership for SEND across the school, ensuring that pupils receive high-quality support and provision that enables them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
