About this role
The successful candidate appointed to the role of SEND Learning Support Assistant will possess:
At least one years' experience of working with SEND children in the primary age range An understanding of children with SEND needs Experience of working with children in an engaging learning environment
The skills to build positive and nurturing relationships across all year groups A proactive, positive and enthusiastic person who can work flexibly and creatively to support children within the school. Support pupils to access learning across the curriculum through in-class support and targeted one-to-one support. Hold a GCSE qualification in Maths and English, or equivalent.
