Bruntcliffe Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Attendance Leader to play a key role in improving student attendance and outcomes. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Attendance Team, working closely with the Assistant Principal for Attendance and Community to implement a consistent, robust and proactive attendance strategy across the Academy, with a clear focus on achieving ambitious attendance targets.
Potential applicants should have:
Grade 4 (C) and above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.A clear understanding of strategies to improve student attendance.
