About the role Location: Enfield – easily accessible from central, north, and east London, as well as surrounding areas. Salary: Support Band 4 (Outer London) ranging from point 3-7 (£27,350.03-£28,940.42) term time only, this is calculated from the full-time salary £28,616-30,280. depending on experience. Working pattern: Term Time 8.30am -3.30pm Contract: Fixed Start date: September/ October 2026 Closing date: Friday 28th Aug 2026. Interview will be held the first or second week of September 2026. Description of the post: The Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) plays a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our primary team on a fixed-term basis for one year. This role is central to supporting pupils to develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and readiness for learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, SEND and pastoral teams to ensure that all pupils, particularly those with additional needs including SEMH, can thrive both academically and personally.
