Support students in workplace settings to develop employability and vocational skillsDeliver effective one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needsHelp students build confidence, independence and workplace readinessLiaise with employers, placement providers and external agencies to ensure successful placementsMonitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant College staffIdentify and develop new work placement opportunities across the local areaMaintain accurate records and reports as requiredPromote positive employer engagement and champion inclusive employment opportunities.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young people and/or individuals with additional needsHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs confident building relationships with employers and external stakeholdersIs organised, proactive and able to work independentlyHas a passion for supporting young people into employment and greater independenceCan adapt to a variety of workplace environments and student needsPreferably holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
