About this role
We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Reception class.
The successful candidate will:
have a high level of empathy and compassion;have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children;feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom;remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team;have an understanding of trauma informed practice;liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo;support the schools' vision, ethos and values;have a good sense of humour!
