• Oversee inbound customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Ensure customer queries, concerns, and complaints are resolved accurately and within established timelines. • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent, courteous, and professional communication standards. • Monitor escalations and provide timely resolution to complex customer issues.
As an Employee Engagement Lead, primary responsibilities include creating a positive work environment by developing engagement strategies such as employee recognition programs and team building activities supported by the collaboration with respective client areas� leaders and HR and support groups.
