Responsible for facilities services within the Latin American region.

This will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 10-15 years’ experience needed with professional certifications from BOMA, CNG or IFMA desired. Multi-lingual capabilities required with proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management - As a member of the Americas management team, the LAD Facilities Director will oversee the delivery of services to Latin America with our Integrated Facility Manager (IFM) provider. This individual will understand the Master Services Agreement and the contractual performance requirements of supplier. • Financial Management - Provide regional input into Real Estate & Facilities’ annual expense and capital plans. Review and approve work orders within service provider’s system. Participate in monthly governance and financial review meetings to ensure performance and financial targets are met. Provide feedback on supplier KPI performance. • Leadership - Manage and supervise Facility staff to include 1-1s, goal setting, goal performance, training, team calls, performance management including annual performance reviews and compensation cycle. Collaborate with regional peers and supplier on best practices. • Operations – Ensure LAD team is conducting daily walk throughs and weekly supplier meetings to ensure cleanliness, safety and equipment/system functionality (i.e. HVAC, etc.) Ensure each office has a current business license and utility payments are current. • Stakeholder Engagement - Interface and maintain relationships with internal lines of business. Partner with other internal departments such as Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability, Legal, HR and Tax. Work closely with supplier’s occupancy planning team on seating adjacencies, move planning, expansion, relocation, or contraction scenarios. Travel is required to offices within specified geography; estimated at 20%; will be required to travel internationally 1-2x/year for internal meetings.
