Customer Service Assistant (f/m/d) What to expect: The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives
• Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web and email. • Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems. • Researches and expedites customer requests. • Supports the local Customer Service team, and provides support for other teams when needed. What we are looking for:
• Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous. • Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. • Very good Lithuanian and English skills, written and verbal; additional European languages would be a plus. • Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful. • Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
