Cottage Health seeks a Foundation Administrator for their CH Advancement department responsible for providing senior level administrative support for Cottage Health's philanthropic fundraising programs. Supports the affiliated foundations, focused on foundation administration and coordination of major and annual giving programs, capital campaigns, and fundraising events. Supports foundation operations, and coordinates activities and communication with the affiliated foundation boards and campaign committees.

QUALIFICATIONS: All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. Education:

• Required. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS). Or a combination of education and relevant experience using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education. • Preferred: Training/emphasis in non-profit management, communications, marketing, public relations, business, or equivalent. Technical Requirements:

• Required: Intermediate to advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel skills; administrative support skills. • Preferred: The above plus skilled in Raisers Edge NXT or other business intelligence software. Years of Related Work Experience:

• Required: 3 years. Communications, administrative support, project management, or Board of Directors support experience, preferably in a fundraising organization. • Preferred: Experience working in non-profit healthcare.
