As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth. You will work closely with our back-office team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. • Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships. • Collaborate with the back-office team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant advice. • Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a back-office setting. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.
