We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative with strong experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing. This full-time role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and managing order-related communication through the Parachute Health platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurance representativesAssist clients with DME product inquiries, order status, and billing questions.Manage and process orders through the Parachute Health platform.Verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation accuracy.Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers, billing, and fulfillment teams.Maintain detailed records of calls and transactions in the company database.Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and empathy.Requirements
Perfectly fluent in English (verbal and written). Prior experience in DME medical supplies billing is required. Hands-on experience using the Parachute Health portal is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Devoted, honest, and reliable work ethic. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Benefits
