We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Major Appliance Service Company. This role requires excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
📌 Job Responsibilities:✔️ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings ✔️ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided) ✔️ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction ✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed

📆 Work Schedule:🕒 Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Full-time, WFH setup)
