Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email. Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns. Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently. Requirements

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus. Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
