Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: You will interact with patients using our messaging software. For clarification or details where needed.
Appointment Management :Efficiently book, cancel, and rearrange appointments, ensuring smooth patient flow.
Service Coordination: Signpost patients to the appropriate services and provide clear guidance on available pathways.
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day admin tasks and assist clinical teams with non-clinical triage.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages your growth.
