Assistant, Talent Acquisition
Job Description: Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function, with a primary focus on coordinating recruitment activities and building, managing, and maintaining a sustainable candidate pipeline for high-volume Assembler hiring. Ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process by delivering exceptional candidate experience, conducting due diligence, maintaining accurate records and tracking, and supporting seamless hiring operations. Job duties: • Support the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on Manufacturing direct labor (DLs) and indirect labor (IDLs) , including technical assessments, pre-employment medical checkups, documentation, and interviews coordination, among others. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating all required recruitment steps and providing timely communication throughout the hiring process. • Administer technical assessments for manufacturing operator candidates, in a diligent and accurate manner ensuring compliance with established procedures and required profile. • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and process metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Collect, review, and screen candidate resumes for both the Door to the Future program and regular Talent Acquisition recruiting processes based on established job requirements and candidate profiles. • Maintain accurate candidate records and proper requisition management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process, maintaining timely and effective communication. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate documentation and interactions. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Door to the Future teams on assigned tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery of recruitment objectives. • Support Talent Acquisition administrative function managing information with confidentiality, processing documentation, and following procedures with professionalism and discretion. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee job fairs as required, ensuring successful execution and achievement of the objectives established for each event. • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of sourcing/recruiting experience. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Previous customer service and/or administrative support experience. • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment activities and documentation. • Skilled in interpersonal interactions and eager to learn/grow/develop. • Dynamic character and resourceful. Desired Qualifications • One (1) to two (2) years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition function in medical device industry. • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong, credible, and lasting relationships with internal and external customers, key business partners, and internal and external candidates. • Technical degree or university career in progress in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
