Formulation Technician (fixed-term)
Job Description: Job Purpose Support technical team during a new ERP software implementation. This position is fixed term. Main Responsibilities
• Internal formulation of premix, complementary feed and calf milk replacers. • Issue and manage internal product documentation, including: • Technical Data Sheets (TDS) • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) • ERP product registrations • Product labels
• Assure compliance with legal requirements for animal nutrition concerning products and labels. • Issue and manage documentation for product registration dossiers. • Manage the interface between Formulation and Factory for formulas and labels. • Participate actively in quality audits and Feed Safety Team activities. Qualifications and Experience
• University's degree in Zootechnical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. • Experience in Animal Nutrition. • Experience in feed or premix manufacturing is considered an advantage. • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
: Técnico de Formulação (Contrato a Termo Certo) Localização: Murtede, Cantanhede, Portugal Área: Operações – Fabrico, Produção, Manutenção e Utilidades Objetivo da Função Prestar apoio à equipa técnica durante a implementação de um novo sistema ERP. Esta posição é de duração limitada (contrato a termo certo). Principais Responsabilidades
• Formulação interna de pré-misturas, alimentos complementares para animais . • Elaborar e gerir documentação interna dos produtos, incluindo: • Fichas Técnicas (TDS) • Fichas de Dados de Segurança (MSDS) • Registos de produtos no ERP • Rótulos dos produtos
• Garantir a conformidade dos produtos e rótulos com os requisitos legais aplicáveis à nutrição animal. • Elaborar e gerir documentação para dossiers de registo de produtos. • Assegurar a ligação entre as áreas de Formulação e Produção relativamente a fórmulas e rótulos. • Participar ativamente em auditorias da qualidade e nas atividades da Equipa de Segurança Alimentar para Alimentos Compostos para Animais. Qualificações e Experiência
• Licenciatura em: • Engenharia Zootécnica; • Medicina Veterinária; • Ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em Nutrição Animal. • Experiência no fabrico de alimentos compostos para animais ou pré-misturas será valorizada. • Fluência em inglês. • Conhecimentos de outras línguas serão considerados uma mais-valia.
