Position Summary We are seeking a strategic, commercially-minded and results-driven Commercial Enablement Manager with strong analytical capabilities to support the growth and effectiveness of our sales organization. Partnering closely with sales, operational planning, and finance teams, you will lead recurring planning and analytics initiatives that improve sales execution, forecasting accuracy, and commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially curious, and comfortable translating complex data into actionable business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities • Design and implement customer-level sales budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with the sales team. • Develop reporting and lead recurring budget review meetings to improve forecast accuracy, analyze variances between forecasted and realized sales performance, and support agile commercial decision-making. • Manage analytics supporting customer contract execution and shipment forecasting to optimize production planning and supply alignment. • Partner with commercial leadership on inventory analysis and demand planning to support product-level sales targets, optimize working capital, and achieve revenue and volume goals. • Identify opportunities to improve sales planning processes, reporting efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field • 3–5+ years of professional experience with sales or commercial exposure. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, scenario analysis) • Experience building and maintaining forecasts, budgets, or demand planning models • Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools) • Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue drivers, margin, and/or supply-demand dynamics • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to commercial or leadership stakeholders Before applying for an exempt, non-exempt or hourly job opportunity, you are expected to initiate a discussion and share your intentions with your supervisor. * If you’ve been in your current position for more than 18 months, supervisor approval is not required. * If you’ve been in your current position for less than 18 months, verbal supervisor approval is required.
