Electrical Assembler I
Job Description: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday • Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Required Skills and Education: • High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years of work experience • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings • Ability to become solder certified • Effective communication and team work • Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team • A passion for learning/knowledge
Preferred Skills and Education: • 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly • IPC-610/620 Certifications • Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017 • Solder Reflow experience
