Job Description Summary This is a key role in our efforts to increase customer satisfaction through out clinical application support for our MR customers and field engineers, by leveraging online tools and onsite support. He/she will develop and utilize processes to increase remote on-line & onsite productivity, application assistance for the customers, collaborate with MR Remote Service Leader to prepare technical troubleshooting packages for engineers that are dispatched on-site to enable quicker fix times.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
• Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
• Own the resolution of post-sales clinical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Clinical Issues. As the Clinical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses clinical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
• A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation science.
• Demonstrated current clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical/technical experience.
• Willingness to travel more than 30% within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide.
• A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills will allow you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Desired Characteristics
• Experience on GE MR products for which responsibilities cover.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with global counterparts, to external customers and team members in other functional organizations.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
• Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
• Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
• Strong accountability, sense of urgency and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
