About this role
Associates Corporate/M&A (f/m/x)
We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in international transactions and corporate law to support our team based in Vienna.
Your Tasks
• Private M&A: Share and asset purchases and related procedures (auctions)
• Joint Ventures, reorganisation of holding structures
• Public M&A: Takeover offers and subsequent squeeze-out procedures
• Corporate Governance Consulting and Compliance
• Advice on corporate law
• IPOs and capital increases
Your Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker with an ownership attitude and value legal creativity. Experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation or internships are an asset but not a must.

Note: according to §9 GlBG: There is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The intended minimum basis for the salary arrangement (with the possibility of additional payment) is an annual salary (gross, all-in, 14 instalments) in the amount of 61,000 EUR.
