About this role

Drive Manufacturing Excellence in Assembly & Paint Operations

Your responsibilities

• Lead assembly and paint shop manufacturing activities. • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Investigate and resolve production and quality issues. • Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply teams. • Monitor process performance and achieve production targets. • Support new product launches and process validation activities.

What you bring

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or related Engineering. • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within Assembly and/or Paint Shop. • Strong knowledge of assembly processes, paint systems, and manufacturing standards. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
