Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Aguascalientes. Program Management Manager role involves leading and oversee the end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery of production, quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives. The role is responsible for optimizing resources and operational capacity while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
• Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations. • Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment. • Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables. • Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives. • Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment. • Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. • Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes. • Participating in lean initiatives The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree • Extensive knowledge of Lean concepts. • Great leadership skills. • Ability to manage clients and GAM's. • Team builder. • Analytical skills. • Excellent decision-making skills. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems. • Ability to adapt to changes. • Strong financial analysis skills. • Continuous clear, fast and effective communication inside and outside Flex. • Demonstrate excellent negotiation capacity. • 100% English language What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
