Job Summary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement DFM guideline and standard to ensure new products are suitable for manufacture
• DFM(PCB/PCBA/Assembly/Automation) design issues check and provide feedback/proposal to RD team for design improvement
• 3D DFM review and critical dimension tolerance analysis
• NPI build Summary report and product stage performance review
• DFX review meeting with RD and cross function team
• DFx issues correct action follow up, verification and close
• Lesson learnt data base collect, publish, maintain
• New component package creation checking when layout team request.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc.
• Good English listening, writing & speaking.
• At least 5 years’ experience of DFM for PCBA and box build.
• Familiar with SMT, PCBA, wave soldering etc. electronic manufacturing process
• Familiar with IPC standard, electronic product design guideline
• Proficient in tolerance stack-up analysis
• Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated
• Experience of using VALOR,CAM350, CAD software is plus
• High power (PSU/BBU/Power shelf) experience is plus.
