Position Overview: Join the Finning Canada family, part of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are currenting recruiting an afternoon labourer to join our team in Regina. This position is responsible for general labour and wash bay duties in a service-oriented environment.

Job Description:

• Uphold a high team standard of work with a safety-first mindset

• Perform general cleanup of the shop, yard, and machines, focusing on 5S and Caterpillar Contamination Control initiatives.

• Wash and detail equipment and service trucks

• Run parts and tooling to field sites to technicians, welders and machinist

• Perform tasks outside core competency, learn new skills as needed, complete tasks promptly, and provide feedback to stakeholders

• Assist mechanics where needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of grade 12

• Physical requirement ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills.

• Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in workplace safety, hazard evaluation, and pre-work task planning

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels

• Desire to be part of a world-class team focused on achieving results

Important Details:

• This position is based in our Regina shop, on a 4x3 compressed AFTERNOON (3 PM - 1 AM) shift

• A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
