About this role
The Intermediate Vendor Master Data Analyst is responsible for executing new and updating Vendor Master Data requests through the Vendor Master Data Platform.
What you'll do
• Execute Vendor Master Data creation, maintenance, and platform requests.
• Understand and apply all local process exceptions and country-specific tax regulations.
• Meet established Vendor Master Data SLAs.
• Perform Vendor Master Data clean-up and support quarterly audits.
• Handle routine and non-routine internal and external audit requests.
• Escalate process and/or system issues to Management when necessary.
• Identify improvement initiatives to obtain best practices and help identify automation projects.
What experience you need
• Education: University student or graduate holding a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years working in Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable.
• Tech Stack: 1–2 years of proficiency in Excel
• Languages: English (B2–C2).

• Hands-on technical and functional experience managing core operations within Oracle R12 and SaaS platforms.

• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy, thoroughness, and quality control across all deliverables and tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools to streamline daily administrative and workflow processes.
