A Transport Assembler’s Responsibilities In this position, you’d be responsible for…
• Reading and building off of blueprints • Assembling outer shells on all models and prep liner • Installing internal fixtures • Accurately setting up foam fixtures and then the foam unit • Accurately figuring shot times • Operating all foam jigs efficiently • Performing quality checks • Assembling, cleaning, drilling, and foaming proper style doors for all units • Training and becoming certified in refrigeration • Manufacturing and packaging parts orders • And last but not least, doing other duties as assigned to help out your teammates!

A Transport Assembler Requirements There are a few things you have to be able to do to perform this job effectively and safely:
• Be able to operate small hand tools and a soldering torch efficiently and safely • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, as required • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs • Be able to reach above overhead frequently • Be able to read a tape measure and other basic measuring tools • Be able to stand on concrete for up to 10 hours a day • Be able to pass a drug safety screen prior to employment • Be able to pass a physical prior to employment • ALWAYS be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
