Job Title: Lead Treasury Analyst

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Treasury

Location: – Goleta, CA (Hybrid) or Westlake Village, CA (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday

The Role As Lead Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Treasury function across global cash management, liquidity reporting, foreign exchange risk management, bank account administration, and user access management. You’ll be a subject matter expert and role model for the team, providing guidance and oversight to junior staff, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, legal counsel, banking partners, and vendors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Impact

• Support implementation and optimization of Treasury Management System (TMS) to enhance operations, reporting, and controls • Monitor global bank account activity, execute funds transfers, payments, and investment transactions, and resolve discrepancies • Manage cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, working capital planning, and prepare treasury reporting and financial analysis • Analyze and forecast foreign currency exposures, support FX risk management, and assist in hedge recommendations • Execute FX trade settlements, maintain hedge contract database, and coordinate with banking partners • Manage global bank account lifecycle, including account openings/closures, KYC compliance, and documentation • Administer bank portal user access, perform compliance reviews, and maintain SOX requirements • Prepare treasury-related disclosures, schedules, and analyses for SEC filings, audits, and reporting • Manage debt and credit facility reporting, covenant monitoring, and compliance certifications • Perform ad hoc treasury analyses, financial modeling, and reporting for strategic initiatives • Support treasury projects, process improvements, bank transitions, and technology migrations

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred • Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, banking, or financial services • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial reporting/planning tools • Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, banking operations, and treasury controls • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Self-motivated with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
