Responsibilities:
• Support the centralized Customer Due Diligence (CDD) function in SME Banking • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and act as a Checker role on periodic reviews and trigger events for SME clients • Prepare and review the detailed CDD information including public search results for review per the Bank's standard • Ensure AML risk is effectively managed in accordance with global and local regulatory requirements • Ensure accuracy of information and completion of CDD within assigned timeframe • Handling of ad-hoc CDD projects • Mentoring new team members and conducting training sessions • Facilitating regular sharing of updates on requirements and case studies Requirements:
• Degree holder in business or related discipline • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in CDD and/or KYC in SME banking or financial institutions, preferably with 2 years' or above experience in a checker position • Articulate and proficient in client interactions • Conscientious, collaborative, and independent • Effective at multi-tasking and able to meet tight timelines • Proficient in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
