In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure to support the bank's operations • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related requirements and challenges • Continuously monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures • Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization • Participate in projects and initiatives lead by business Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role • Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless) • Holder of Cisco CCNA / CCNP and Huawei HCIA / HCIP is a plus • Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools and techniques • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei network configuration, deployment, and maintenance, including LAN, WAN and wireless product • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies and challenges • Able to work with flexible hours Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
