Job Title Assistant Manager - PropertyJob Description Summary Job Description About the Role: • Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities. • Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker. • Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. • Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives. • Monitor performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems. • Coordinate with utility providers and vendors for electrical maintenance. • Operate, maintain, and monitor all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS, DG sets, UPS, STP/ETP, lifts, and ELV systems.
