• Build and refine financial forecasting models, scenario analyses, and planning frameworks in collaboration with Finance and Business teams

• Prepare transformation progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates for finance workstreams

• Track workstream milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues proactively

• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and other functions to drive cross-functional alignment on transformation priorities

• Assist in building business cases and quantifying the value impact of transformation initiatives

• Contribute to TMO governance, reporting cadences, and knowledge management

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or CA / CMA / CFA; engineering undergraduate degree preferred

• 2–6 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, management consulting (finance practice), or corporate finance roles

• Hands-on experience building financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses in Excel or equivalent tools

• Ability to map and redesign business processes; familiarity with process mapping tools or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma basics)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights

• Clear, concise communication skills — ability to prepare structured decks, memos, and progress reports for senior audiences

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple parallel workstreams

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

• Experience in value tracking — quantifying benefits realized from process changes and reporting against committed targets

• Understanding of how finance transformation connects to broader enterprise P&L and working capital outcomes
