We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Prague. In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting healthcare professionals, distributors, recipients, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery across the Czech and Slovak markets.

You will manage customer interactions and support the order-to-cash process, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, internal processes are coordinated, and customers receive a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and in person at our Prague office

• Support customers with product, accessories, and service-related requests

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate activities across logistics, finance, service and repair teams

• Maintain accurate customer and patient information within company systems

• Provide first-level technical support and escalate issues when appropriate

• Assist sales and marketing teams with customer-focused activities and reporting

• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Collaborate closely with clinical, technical, and commercial teams across the region

• Support Prague team with various administrative tasks

About You

You are customer-focused, organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment. You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

You will ideally bring:

• Fluent Czech and strong English communication skills are a must.

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems such as Salesforce or Oracle.

• Commercial awareness and a customer-centric mindset.

• The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.

• A proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

• Additional Central European languages, particularly German or French.

• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a regulated industry.

• Project or process improvement experience.

• A degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
