About this role
We are looking for an organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to help the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing activities, administrative tasks, internal processes, events, supplier coordination and general marketing operations in the Middle East.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn & comfortable using internal systems. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will help ensure marketing activities are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print & events.
• Update marketing calendars, follow up on pending tasks, quotations, invoices & marketing requests.
• Assist in coordinating company events, exhibitions, sponsorships & webinars.
• Support with event logistics, supplier bookings, guest lists, invitations, giveaways.
• Liaise with printers, production houses, and suppliers to obtain quotes and manage timelines.
• Help ensure all event items are prepared, delivered, and set up according to requirements and timelines.
• Support with post-event reports, photo collection, supplier invoice follow-up, and feedback summaries.
• Support with market research, competitor checks, supplier sourcing.
• Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
Key Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator, or similar.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent time management and prioritisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Event coordination and logistics support
• Supplier and stakeholder coordination
• Proactive follow-up and task management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in marketing and business operations
