Responsabilidades: 1 Follow-up on the anchoring process 2 Sent Bidding Request to the Procurement department 3 Monitoring of the bidding process and site visit 4 Review of quotes in conjunction with execution. 5 Creation of asset table (identification of sub-assets in quotation and amounts per WBS) and validation monitoring by the corresponding areas (costs and finance). 6 Loading the asset table to CMIC 7 Follow-up on approvals of Asset table and PR in CMIC. 8 Monitoring and responding to the contrac process in conjunction with procurement. 9 Tracking PO release with contract approval by legal 10 Request down payment bond , as applicable. 11 Follow-up on bond review and validation. 12 Sending estimated invoice reports to supervisors, as well as reviewing and approving them. 13 Monitoring invoice programation schedules 14 Creation of Forcast 3YP 15 Creation of Annual Forecast 16 Weekly report update (Monday) Excel and Pober Bi 17 Meeting update Week (Tuesday) Excel charts 18 Monthly ForeCast update: income forecast estimates 19 Forecast update and review of L1 and L2 20 Preparation of monthly presentations (graphs and project status reports) 21 Preparation of bimonthly presentations (graphs and project status reports) 22 Uploading estimates and tracking their approval (6th to 15th of each month) 23 Generation of estimates report (monthly) 24 Sent #MIGO to suppliers (mail broken down by asset table item with amounts and deductions) for draft invoice generation. 25 Receipt of invoices (review of previous invoices, approvals, and email to supplier regarding invoice schedule) 26 Preparation of a scope change order letter and sending it to the relevant parties as applicable to the project. 27 Review of CO CMIC quotes 28 Creation of CO CMIC asset table 29 Creation of PR CO in CMIC and sent for approval 30 Request PO Release 31 Collection of department KPIs (last day of the month), review, and report generation. 32 Preparation of KPI presentations and submission to management (4 per month) 33 CMIC supplier registration request 34 Tracking and filling in the timeline for each order 35 Update of financial report available amounts SAP 36 Filling out Sterko submissions (Bimonthly) 37 Review of the cost report 38 Equipment purchase projects (tracking shipment, receiving, reviewing documentation, delivery, payment, and closing) 39 Requesting and tracking transfers between WBSs 40 Request and monitoring of increases due to project contingencies (increase in funding due to policy) 41 Execution and monitoring of deductive Change Order release as applicable. 42 Follow-up on project closure documentation 43 Deliveries with document control. 44 Creation of a program to receive initiatives. 45 Meeting attendance to gather initiatives 46 Project field supervision 47 Action plan development to complete the Project on time 48 Ensure the quality requirement in the project be accomplish
