Do work that matters As an Associate, you'll work alongside experienced Directors and Relationship Managers, supporting some of the most sophisticated property transactions in the market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from advisory into a client-facing banking role, or for an experienced banking professional wanting exposure to larger and more complex clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Analysing complex property transactions and preparing high-quality credit submissions. • Supporting investment and development finance opportunities across a diverse property portfolio. • Managing transaction execution from approval through to settlement and ongoing portfolio management. • Monitoring portfolio performance and conducting annual client reviews. • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external advisers. • Supporting Directors with client engagement, strategic discussions and business development opportunities.

We're interested in hearing from people who:
• Have experience in corporate banking, property finance, deal advisory, transaction services, valuations, consulting or a related commercial environment. • Possess strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. • Can quickly understand complex business structures and transactions. • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and high-performing environment. • Hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Property or a related discipline.
