See yourself in our team: Human Resources are the custodians of the employee experience. We support each of CommBank’s business units from recruiting for their talented teams, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. People are a key part of the Group’s strategy. The Campus Talent Acquisition team encompasses proactive attraction, sourcing and selection for graduate and intern hires nationally, as well as the design, development and delivery of CommBanks group-wide development program for our cohorts. Managing one of Australia's leading programs, the team hires and supports over 300 graduates annually. Do work that matters: Work as part of a team in the coordination and implementation of innovative Graduate Programs to ensure a pipeline of early career talent is maintained across the Group
• Provide administrative support to the Campus TA team, including Diary management, expense/budget, travel and logistics management for the team • Coordinate and assist the team with assessment centres for over 800 applicants per year • Coordination of the Offer process, alongside our Campus recruiters, including background screening checks, contract generation, offer tracking and system updates • Coordination of Campus Events and Marketing activities; coordinate promotional materials for Campus events and collating and reporting on feedback from events and forums held by the team. Coordination of the Careers conference • Assist in on-boarding, development and exit activities for all programs • Ownership of the Campus TA Mailbox, and communication with over 10,000 applicants across all programs • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist with Campus recruitment activities We're interested in hearing from people who have:
• Previous demonstrated administration experience • The ability to work in a competitive commercial environment and to work under pressure (including to very tight timeframes). • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and strong communication skills • Ability to manage conflicting priorities/tasks. • Strong relationship development skills.
