Job Summary As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration and warehousing solutions. You will build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate data from ERP and finance systems, and leverage modern Azure data technologies to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Job Description We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who will provide technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and Azure-based data engineering solutions. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Oracle technologies, Azure data services, and enterprise data integration. You should be comfortable working with large-scale data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering reliable, high-quality data solutions for business-critical applications. What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehousing and ETL/ELT solutions
• Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and ADLS Gen2
• Develop and maintain Oracle Database objects, PL/SQL packages, procedures, and scripts
• Design and implement dimensional data models to support reporting and analytics requirements
• Integrate data from ERP systems and finance/accounting applications into enterprise data platforms
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL tools
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance for large-scale datasets
• Develop REST API integrations to support enterprise data exchange
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices
What You’ll Need Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Development, or Data Engineering
• Expert-level experience with the Microsoft Azure data stack, including:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
• Strong experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong SQL and relational database (RDBMS) knowledge
• Experience designing dimensional data models and enterprise data warehouses
• Experience with ERP systems and finance/accounting data integration
• Experience building REST API integrations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred:
• Experience with Azure SQL Database
• Experience using PySpark
• Experience with Delta Lake and ADLS Gen2
• Experience with Amazon S3 or other object storage technologies
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Azure data platforms
