Job Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development, enterprise initiatives, and cross-functional delivery efforts while ensuring technology products align with business goals and deliver measurable value. This position will be a full-time contract and onsite. What You'll Do

• Define and drive long-term technology product and portfolio strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends

• Establish and govern technology product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and investment decisions

• Define enterprise-level KPIs and ensure consistent outcome-based delivery across initiatives

• Serve as an executive advisor and escalation point for complex product, technology, and business decisions

• Develop a deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs to shape product strategy and future solutions

• Lead large, complex programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams

• Oversee vendor relationships including sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, performance management, and risk mitigation

• Drive procurement strategies that ensure compliance, business value, and scalability

• Establish product management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization

• Coach and mentor product managers and help elevate product management maturity across teams

• Lead organizational change management, adoption, and communication strategies for enterprise initiatives

• Promote a data-driven decision-making culture focused on measurable business outcomes

• Facilitate executive-level discussions to build alignment, resolve conflicts, and support strategic decision-making

• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to prioritize work, refine backlogs, and guide product delivery

• Lead cross-functional workshops and planning sessions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives

What You'll Need Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, product ownership, business systems analysis, or related disciplines

• Experience developing and managing enterprise product roadmaps and technology strategies

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs and cross-functional initiatives

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and product ownership practices

• Experience working with software development teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership

• Experience establishing governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and performance metrics

• Strong understanding of business process improvement, benchmarking, and process reengineering methodologies

• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and technology investments

• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and technology delivery best practices

• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic discussions

• Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in highly complex, ambiguous environments and drive organizational alignment

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• AIPMM Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner certification

• Scaled Agile POPM certification

• Design Thinking certification

• Experience mentoring product managers and establishing enterprise product management standards

• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives

• Experience within large public sector, transportation, or enterprise technology environments

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
