Mantener los equipos de llenado y envasado en óptimas condiciones para asegurar el funcionamiento normal de la línea de envasado durante las actividades de llenado y envasado de anestésicos líquidos desflurano, isoflurano, sevoflurano de halocarbono, sevoflurano y cualquier otro producto de la compañía bajo sus diferentes marcas comerciales, en cumplimiento con las normas cGMP, las regulaciones de la FDA, la seguridad y los procedimientos operativos estándar de Baxter Healthcare. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production line machines to maintain the normal operations of the packaging line.
• Follow and comply with spare parts inventories system as specified by the maintenance department.
• Assist Fill and Pack operators in the performance of minor troubleshooting and adjustments that will increase line efficiency.
• Provide maintenance and perform software changes on programmable logic controllers installed in the packaging equipment.
• Responsible for reporting unrepairable machinery or equipment as well as diagnosing problems and implementing corrective action using applicable knowledge.
• Train Fill & Pack setup operators and mechanics to perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments that will increase line efficiency.
• Assist in engineering trial and product/equipment qualification. Attend factory acceptance test activities at equipment supplier facilities.
• Document repairs made to equipment in work orders and perform preventive maintenance on Fill & Pack equipment as per SOP.
• Perform manufacturing operations and operate equipment/machine by following standard operating procedures adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Capable of operating multidisciplinary activities including 100% of the station at the packaging lines and 100% of clerical activities.
