Responsibilities:
• Create Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract and initiate electronic contract signing. Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in NOLS as per the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner
• Performs contract setup/processing/maintenance/changes within agreed SLAs
• Assures interface between support sales, support business, delivery organizations, process development and the customer
• Ensures that the contracts are handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of view
• Responsible for carrying out high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and being part of an end-to-end support of transition
• Keeping the systems up to date from a contract administration standpoint and assumes responsibility for the quality measures of the data in the systems
• Takes ownership in solving the reported mismatches
• Provide resolution to all queries coming from internal stakeholders (Commercial, Back office, credit and order delivery teams)
• Ensure that the recalculations are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures;
Requirements:
• University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
• English (fluent, verbally and written)
• 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel) skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
• May be required to travel for work
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to solve a problem with a win-win negotiation approach
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks to meet the defined SLAs
• Creates personal standards for high-quality work
